CrossFit is a new strength and conditioning program that has transformed fitness. It is the main strength and conditioning program used by many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Top professional athletes no longer waste their time isolating muscle groups for four sets of ten repetitions. Today, everything is designed around functional movements that mimic the way our bodies work, incorporating multiple joints across multiple planes. The workouts will improve your general physical skills.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Each class consists of Workout of the Day (WOD) posted daily on the website. Each WOD will measure performance based on time, repetition, or weight. Members can track progress by comparing scores from previous workouts.
