FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM

SoNo Fitness has trained hundreds of athletes from absolute beginners to professionals. And yes, everyone is an athlete. Some just don’t know it yet.

The power of SoNo Fitness is that it’s scalable to the individual. Each workout is designed for you and to your ability, regardless of your level. Need a lighter weight? Go grab it! Can’t do a movement? Try this instead!

In the Foundations Program, you will learn the basics in a small group setting led by nationally certified coaches. Each class is programmed to teach you how to move and perform better as an athlete. This non-intimidating environment breeds success as coaches are able to give each athlete attention and provide scaling options.
