The 6-Week 800g Fitness Challenge is a comprehensive fitness and nutrition program for women by women. The Challenge is designed to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. We use a data-driven, goals-based approach to help you achieve your goals.
Why 800g Fitness Challenge?
The fitness program is a functional strength and conditioning program that, by design, can be adapted to all fitness levels.
Consisting of 18 different workouts over six week, the Challenge will put you on the path to a healthier and stronger life.
Each class is designed to provide a full-body workout and educate you in the process. We on you to be prepared to continue the journey after six weeks.
The 800 Gram Challenge (#800gChallenge®) is a tool to guide healthy eating. It provides a metric to evaluate “clean” eating.
Why 800 grams? Results. Because Aune et al. (2017) found it was associated with better health outcomes and this volume also meets or exceeds multiple other fruit and vegetable recommendations (e.g., USDA).
A good coach will not only show you how to do something but will also help you understand why you’re doing it. On the other hand, a great coach will do all that and inspire you, too. That’s our goal!
Our trainer, Megan Schneir, has dedicated a lifetime to sport, fitness, and healthy living. She’s here to pass on that knowledge to you. She will work with you every step of the way, ensuring that you stay on track with your workouts and the nutritional program.
How It Works
Step 1. Fill out the free trial form below.
No explanation needed. You’ll find the form at the bottom of the page.
Step 2. Attend the free introductory session.
After you complete the free trial form, we’ll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
During the free session, the trainer will walk you through the program details. You’ll also be assessed, including body composition analysis. The purpose of the analysis is to have data to set your goals and measure your progress throughout the program.
Step 3. Register for the 800g 6-Week Challenge
After the free introductory session, you can officially register for the program.
Step 4. Begin the transformation and win prizes.
Mark your calendars. The Challenge will be from Monday, March 25, 2019 - Saturday May 4, 2019.
There are 18 official workouts over the six-week period. Sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm and every Saturday at 11am.
Prizes include cash prizes and free and discounted gym memberships.
