Fitness

The fitness program is a functional strength and conditioning program that, by design, can be adapted to all fitness levels.

Each class is designed to provide a full-body workout and educate you in the process. We on you to be prepared to continue the journey after six weeks.

The program will put you on the path to a healthier and stronger life.

Martial Arts

The women's martial arts program was created for women by women. The women's only class is focused on teaching authentic Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense and fitness. Many students in the program are new to the sport, so it's designed to support beginners as well as the advanced.

Expert Coaching

A good coach will not only show you how to do something but will also help you understand why you’re doing it. On the other hand, a great coach will do all that and inspire you, too. That’s our goal!

Our fitness trainer, Megan Schneir, has dedicated a lifetime to sport, fitness, and healthy living. She’s here to pass on that knowledge to you. She will work with you every step of the way, ensuring that you stay on track with your workouts and the nutritional program.

My name is Megan Schneir. I am a former NCAA women’s soccer player from Vanderbilt University. I love fitness and training people. I will be running the Challenge. Currently, I have my AFAA Group Exercise Certification and am pursuing my NASM certification. I look forward to meeting you at one of the introductory sessions. Now, let’s get to work.
